Ingredients
- 150 g baby spinach leaves (about 4 cups)
- 200 g strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 50 g (about 1/2 cup) walnuts, toasted
- 50 g (about 1/2 cup) goat cheese or feta, crumbled
For the dressing
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) balsamic vinegar
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) olive oil
- 5 ml (1 tsp) honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix the spinach, strawberries, walnuts and cheese in a salad bowl.
- Prepare the dressing with the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad, toss and serve immediately.
