Gourmet salad with smoked Coho salmon and dried cranberries

Salade gourmande au saumon Coho fumé et canneberges séchées

Ingredients

  1. In a salad bowl, arrange the arugula or lamb's lettuce, add the pear slices, toasted walnuts and bagel croutons.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, white balsamic vinegar and chopped shallot. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently.
  3. Crumble the Coho smoked salmon and dried cranberries log over the top of the salad just before serving.
