Pork Meatball Sandwich

  1. Heat a pot of water to a boil and immerse the bag of sous vide pork meatballs in the water for 5 to 6 minutes to warm them.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the sandwich buns in half and lightly toast them in a pan or toaster until they are crispy.
  3. Open the bag of pork meatballs, cut the meatballs in half if necessary to fit them in the sandwich.
  4. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise (mixed with Dijon mustard if desired) on the bottom halves of the buns.
  5. Place a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, then the pork meatballs on each sandwich. Add a little of the meatball sauce for extra flavor. Season with a little salt and pepper if desired.
  6. Close the sandwiches and serve immediately.
