Ingredients
- 670 g braised pork shoulder (vacuum-packed), shredded
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) oil
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 250 ml (1 cup) barbecue sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) shredded cabbage (optional, for garnish)

- Meanwhile, reheat hamburger buns in skillet or oven.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing a generous portion of BBQ pulled pork on the bottom half of the buns. Add shredded cabbage (if using), a slice of tomato, a few slices of pickle, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Close sandwiches with top half of buns.
- Serve immediately.
