BBQ pulled pork sandwiches

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté for about 5 minutes, until tender.
  2. Pour the contents of the vacuum-packed braised pork into the same skillet and heat for about 5 minutes. Flake the meat directly into the pan using two forks.
  3. Add the barbecue sauce to the meat and mix well to coat the pork.
  4. Meanwhile, reheat hamburger buns in skillet or oven.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a generous portion of BBQ pulled pork on the bottom half of the buns. Add shredded cabbage (if using), a slice of tomato, a few slices of pickle, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Close sandwiches with top half of buns.
  7. Serve immediately.
