Sauce BBQ

Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) ketchup
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) cider vinegar
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) brown sugar
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) Worcestershire sauce
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) smoked paprika
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

This BBQ sauce is perfect for marinating or basting meats during cooking.
