Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) ketchup
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) cider vinegar
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) brown sugar
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) Worcestershire sauce
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) smoked paprika
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
This BBQ sauce is perfect for marinating or basting meats during cooking.
