ASIAN MEAL SOUP
Portions : 4 - Preparation : 10 minutes - Cooking : 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 package very thin rice noodles
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) mushrooms, cubed
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) broccoli, cut into small pieces
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) red bell pepper, julienned
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) carrot, julienned
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) garlic, minced
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) ginger, chopped
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) sesame oil
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) fish sauce
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) soy sauce
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) green onion, chopped
- 200 g (7 oz) cooked protein of your choice (shrimp, chicken, tofu)
- Hot sauce to taste
Preparation
- Divide ingredients evenly among 4 containers.
- At mealtime, pour a volume of boiling water over the ingredients.
- Wait 5 minutes for the ingredients to cook before serving.
- Check seasoning, stir and enjoy.
