Ingredients
- 1 tube of Salmon Duo (fresh salmon and smoked salmon)
- 1 avocado, cut into small cubes
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) lime juice
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp chives or fresh coriander, chopped
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation
- Empty the tube of Salmon Duo into a bowl. Add the diced avocado, lime juice, lime zest and olive oil. Gently mix to coat the salmon and avocado.
- Add chopped chives or cilantro, season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of cayenne pepper if desired.
- Gently toss again, then let sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve chilled with toast or crackers.
