  1. Empty the tube of Salmon Duo into a bowl. Add the crème fraîche and lemon juice. Mix gently to coat the salmon.
  2. Add the chopped chives and season with salt and pepper. Add a pinch of crushed pink peppercorns if desired.
  3. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
  4. Serve chilled with toast, crackers or as a starter on a bed of salad.
