Ingredients
- 1 tube of Salmon Duo (fresh salmon and smoked salmon)
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) pomegranate seeds
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon or lime juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds, toasted
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Empty the tube of Salmon Duo into a bowl. Add the pomegranate seeds and chopped mint.
- In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil and honey. Add this mixture to the salmon and other ingredients to bind the tartare.
- Season with salt and pepper, then toss gently to coat all ingredients.
- Sprinkle with toasted sunflower seeds.
- Let sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve chilled with toast, crackers, or as a starter on a bed of salad.
