  1. Empty the tube of Salmon Duo into a bowl. Add the pomegranate seeds and chopped mint.
  2. In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil and honey. Add this mixture to the salmon and other ingredients to bind the tartare.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, then toss gently to coat all ingredients.
  4. Sprinkle with toasted sunflower seeds.
  5. Let sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  6. Serve chilled with toast, crackers, or as a starter on a bed of salad.
