Ingredients
- 1 tube of Salmon Duo (fresh salmon and smoked salmon)
- 1/2 green apple, cut into small cubes (brunoise)
- 1/2 cucumber, cut into small cubes
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) white balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped (or dill according to your taste)
- 1 pinch of crushed pink pepper
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
- Empty the tube of Salmon Duo into a bowl. Add the green apple and cucumber cut into small cubes.
- Add the white balsamic vinegar and mayonnaise. Mix gently to coat all the ingredients.
- Add the chopped coriander, season with salt and sprinkle with a pinch of crushed pink pepper.
- Mix again, then let sit in the fridge for 10 minutes to allow the flavours to blend.
- Serve chilled with toast, crackers or as a starter on a bed of salad.
