Ingredients
- 1 tube of Salmon Duo (fresh salmon and smoked salmon)
- 1/2 green apple, diced (small cubes)
- 1 tbsp. capers, drained and chopped
- 1 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) lemon juice
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) olive oil
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Empty the tube of Salmon Duo into a bowl. Add the diced green apple, chopped capers, chopped dill, red onion, lemon juice and olive oil.
- Add the mayonnaise and mix well to coat all the ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper. Mix gently one last time.
- Let rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
- Serve chilled with toast, crackers or as a starter on a bed of salad.
