Ingredients
- 1 tube of Salmon Duo (fresh salmon and smoked salmon)
- 4 sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
- 60 g (1/4 cup) ricotta
- 1 tbsp. capers, drained and chopped
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Empty the tube of Salmon Duo into a bowl. Add the sun-dried tomatoes, chopped capers, and chopped basil.
- In another bowl, mix the ricotta with the lemon juice, olive oil, and honey. Add this mixture to the salmon and other ingredients to bind the tartare.
- Season with salt and pepper, then toss gently to coat all ingredients.
- Let sit in the fridge for 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve chilled with toast, crackers, or as a starter on a bed of salad.
