Ingredients

  • 1 tube of Salmon Duo (fresh salmon and smoked salmon)
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
  • 60 g (1/4 cup) ricotta
  • 1 tbsp. capers, drained and chopped
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Empty the tube of Salmon Duo into a bowl. Add the sun-dried tomatoes, chopped capers, and chopped basil.
  2. In another bowl, mix the ricotta with the lemon juice, olive oil, and honey. Add this mixture to the salmon and other ingredients to bind the tartare.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, then toss gently to coat all ingredients.
  4. Let sit in the fridge for 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  5. Serve chilled with toast, crackers, or as a starter on a bed of salad.
