Ingredients
- 1 tube of 130 g cubed salmon
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) coconut milk
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh lime juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preparing the salmon : Empty the contents of the tube of cubed salmon into a bowl.
- Mixing the ingredients : In the bowl containing the salmon, add the coconut milk, curry powder, coriander and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix to coat the salmon with all the ingredients.
- Serving : Serve the salmon tartare chilled, accompanied by fried plantain slices for a crispy texture and a mild flavour. You can also serve it with a cabbage salad for a touch of freshness.
