Salmon tartare with pear and jalapeño peppers

Tartare de saumon à la poire et piment jalapenos

Ingredients

  • 1 tube of 130 g cubed salmon
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) pear, finely diced
  • 1 jalapenos, finely chopped
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh lime juice
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preparing the salmon: Empty the contents of the tube of cubed salmon into a bowl.
  2. Mixing the ingredients: In the bowl with the salmon, add the pear, jalapenos, lime juice, coriander and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix to coat the salmon with all the ingredients.
  3. Serving: Serve the salmon tartare very fresh, accompanied by slices of pear for a crunchy texture and a sweet flavor. You can also serve it with a spinach salad for a touch of freshness.
