Ingredients
- 1 tube of 130 g cubed salmon
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) soy sauce
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) finely chopped chives
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) sesame seeds
- 1 chili pepper, finely chopped (to taste)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preparing the salmon: Empty the contents of the tube of cubed salmon into a bowl.
- Mixing the ingredients: In the bowl with the salmon, add the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, chives, sesame seeds and chili pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix to coat the salmon with all the ingredients.
- Serving: Serve the salmon tartare very fresh, accompanied by rice paper chips for a crunchy texture. You can also present it with a wakame seaweed salad for a touch of freshness.
