Ingredients
- 1 tube of salmon cubes, 130 g
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) finely chopped fresh basil
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh lemon juice
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preparing the salmon: Empty the contents of the tube of salmon cubes into a bowl.
- Mixing the ingredients: In the bowl containing the salmon, add the sun-dried tomatoes, basil, lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix to coat the salmon with all the ingredients.
- Serving: Serve the salmon tartare very fresh, accompanied by slices of toasted baguette for a crispy texture. You can also present it with a rocket salad for a touch of freshness.
