Ingredients
- 1 tube of 130 g cubed salmon
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) cucumber, finely diced
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh mint, finely chopped
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) Greek yogurt
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh lemon juice
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preparing the salmon: Empty the contents of the tube of cubed salmon into a bowl.
- Mixing the ingredients: In the bowl containing the salmon, add the cucumber, mint, Greek yogurt, lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix to coat the salmon with all the ingredients.
- Serving: Serve the salmon tartare very fresh, accompanied by slices of cucumber for a crunchy texture. You can also serve it with a coleslaw for a touch of freshness.
