Ingredients
- 1 tube of salmon cubes, 130 g
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) pickled ginger, finely chopped
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) ponzu sauce
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) green onions, finely chopped
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) sesame seeds
- 1 chili pepper, finely chopped (to taste)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preparing the salmon: Empty the contents of the tube of salmon cubes into a bowl.
- Mixing the ingredients: In the bowl containing the salmon, add the ginger, ponzu sauce, green onions, sesame seeds and chili pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix to coat the salmon with all the ingredients.
- Serving: Serve the salmon tartare very fresh, accompanied by rice paper chips for a crunchy texture. You can also serve it with a cucumber salad for a touch of freshness.
