30 ml (2 tbsp) spicy mayonnaise (mayonnaise + sriracha)
15 ml (1 tbsp) finely chopped green onions
15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh lime juice
15 ml (1 tbsp) finely chopped fresh cilantro
Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
Preparing the salmon: Empty the contents of the tube of cubed salmon into a bowl.
Mixing the ingredients: In the bowl containing the salmon, add the spicy mayonnaise, green onions, lime juice and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix to coat the salmon with all the ingredients.
Serving: Serve the salmon tartare very fresh, accompanied by sweet potato chips for a crunchy texture. You can also serve it with a green salad for a touch of freshness.
