Ingredients
- 130 g fresh tuna, finely diced
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) mango, finely diced
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh lime juice
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) coriander, finely chopped
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) jalapeño pepper, finely chopped
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preparing the tuna: Place the tuna cubes in a bowl.
- Mixing the ingredients: In the bowl with the tuna, add the mango, lime juice, coriander, jalapeño pepper and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix to coat the tuna with all the ingredients.
- Serving: Serve the tuna tartare very fresh, accompanied by slices of toasted bread for a crispy texture. You can also present it with a rocket salad for a touch of freshness.
