Ingredients
- 130 g fresh tuna, cut into small cubes
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon pink peppercorns, cracked
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) chives, finely chopped
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) extra-virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
Preparation
- Tuna preparation: Place diced tuna in a bowl.
- Mix ingredients: In the bowl containing the tuna, add the dill, pink pepper, lemon juice, chives and olive oil. Season with salt to taste. Mix gently to coat the tuna with all the ingredients.
- Serving: Serve the tuna tartar chilled, accompanied by tortilla chips for a crunchy texture. You can also present it with a fennel salad for a touch of freshness.
