Ingredients
- 200 g fresh tuna, cut into small cubes
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) orange segments
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) grapefruit segments
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh basil, finely chopped
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh lime juice
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preparing the tuna: Place the tuna cubes in a bowl.
- Mixing the ingredients: In the bowl with the tuna, add the orange and grapefruit segments, basil, lime juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix gently to coat the tuna with all the ingredients.
- Serving: Serve the tuna tartare chilled, accompanied by slices of toasted bagel for a crispy texture. You can also present it with a fennel salad for a touch of freshness.
