30 ml (2 tbsp) spicy mayonnaise (mayonnaise + sriracha)
15 ml (1 tbsp) finely chopped green onions
15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh lime juice
15 ml (1 tbsp) finely chopped fresh coriander
Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
Preparing the tuna: Place the tuna cubes in a bowl.
Mixing the ingredients: In the bowl containing the tuna, add the spicy mayonnaise, green onions, lime juice and coriander. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix to coat the tuna with all the ingredients.
Serving: Serve the tuna tartare very fresh, accompanied by sweet potato chips for a crunchy texture. You can also serve it with a green salad for a touch of freshness.
