Ingredients
- 680 g ready-to-use mashed potatoes
- 150 g diced ham
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) grated cheese (gruyere, emmental or cheddar)
- 2 eggs
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt, pepper
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) butter for the molds
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and butter individual muffin or ramekin molds.
- In a hot skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion and garlic in a little butter until soft, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, eggs, ham, cheese, parsley, and onion-garlic mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fill the muffin cups or individual ramekins with the mixture. Smooth the surface.
- Bake at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes, until the timbales are golden brown and firm to the touch.
