Wraps with smoked Coho salmon and dried cranberries

Ingredients

  1. Spread a portion of Coho smoked salmon and dried cranberries log on each tortilla. Add a few slices of green apple, lettuce or arugula leaves and finely sliced red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the wraps. Roll tortillas tightly and cut into bite-size pieces before serving.
