Ingredients
- 1 ball of pizza dough
- 125 ml (½ cup) tomato sauce
- 250 ml (1 cup) mozzarella, grated
- 250 ml (1 cup) cheddar, grated
- 90 ml (6 tbsp) blue cheese, sliced
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) Paillot goat cheese, sliced
- 2 pinches of Provencal herbs mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the oven, rack in the center to 290 °C (550 °F). (Pizza stone in the oven).
- On the work surface, roll out the dough.
- On the dough, spread the tomato sauce, distribute the mozzarella and cheddar then the slices of blue cheese and goat cheese, the Provencal herbs and bake for 5 minutes.
