Four Cheese Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 ball of pizza dough
  • 125 ml (½ cup) tomato sauce
  • 250 ml (1 cup) mozzarella, grated
  • 250 ml (1 cup) cheddar, grated
  • 90 ml (6 tbsp) blue cheese, sliced
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp) Paillot goat cheese, sliced
  • 2 pinches of Provencal herbs mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven, rack in the center to 290 °C (550 °F). (Pizza stone in the oven).
  2. On the work surface, roll out the dough.
  3. On the dough, spread the tomato sauce, distribute the mozzarella and cheddar then the slices of blue cheese and goat cheese, the Provencal herbs and bake for 5 minutes.
