Ingredients
- 125 ml (½ cup) maple syrup
- 125 ml (½ cup) Panko breadcrumbs
- 125 ml (½ cup) miso
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
- 600 gr (20 ½ oz) salmon fillet heart
- 4 servings oven-roasted potatoes
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) sour cream
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the oven, rack in the middle, to 200 °C (400 °F).
- In a bowl, mix the maple syrup, miso, breadcrumbs, garlic and oil.
- In a baking dish or pan, place the salmon, brush the salmon with the prepared mixture and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve with roasted potatoes, sour cream and chives.
