SPICY SHRIMP AND PINEAPPLE
Portions : 4 - Preparation : 10 minutes - Cooking time : 4 to 8 minutes
Ingredients
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) Cajun spice blend
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) smoked paprika
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) olive oil
- 1 lime, juice
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 ml (1/2 tsp.) Sriracha hot sauce
- 16 shrimp 16/20, peeled, tails on
- 16 pineapple cubes, 1 "x1
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 16 small wooden skewers
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine Cajun spices, paprika, oil, lime juice, honey, garlic and hot sauce.
- Add shrimp, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
- In a skillet or on the BBQ, over high heat, grill shrimp for 2 minutes on each side.
- On each skewer, place a shrimp and a pineapple cube.
