PIZZA CRISP
Portions : 4 - Preparation : 10 minutes - Cooking time : 6 to 12 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 package Egg roll dough
- 250 ml (1 cup) homemade tomato sauce
- 250 ml (1 cup) mozzarella, grated
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) white ham, chopped
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) green or black olives, sliced
- 250 ml (1 cup) canola oil
Preparation
- Lay out egg roll dough on work surface.
- Divide the tomato sauce, cheese, ham and olives among the doughs.
- Close each pastry, folding over the edges to form a roll.
- In a hot frying pan, over high heat, in the oil, cook the rolls for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
