TURKEY CUTLETS WITH HERBS
Portions : 4 - Preparation : 5 minutes - Cooking : 6 to 8 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 90 ml (6 tablespoons) olive oil
- 1 lemon, juice
- 4 Québec turkey cutlets
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) flour
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) fat of your choice (butter, oil or Mycryo cocoa butter)
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) chives
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 500 ml (2 cups) mushrooms, sliced
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine garlic, half the oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add the sauce and coat the turkey cutlets.
- Coat the cutlets in flour.
- In a hot frying pan, sear the cutlets in the fat of your choice for 2 minutes on each side.
- Add the mushrooms, chives and onion and sauté for 2 minutes. Season to taste.
