SLOW-COOKED PORK TENDERLOIN

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Québec Pork tenderloins
  • 1 cup Chili sauce : 250 ml
  • 3/4 cup Maple syrup: 180 ml
  • 1 Onion soup wrapper

PREPARATION

  1. Combine all sauce ingredients and pour into slow cooker.
  2. Sear fillets on high heat in an oiled skillet.
  3. Add fillets to slow cooker.
  4. Cook on low for 4 hours.

SERVING SUGGESTION

Serve over jasmine rice with pan-fried green beans, or with pasta of your choice.
