SLOW-COOKED PORK TENDERLOIN

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Québec Pork tenderloins
- 1 cup Chili sauce : 250 ml
- 3/4 cup Maple syrup: 180 ml
- 1 Onion soup wrapper
PREPARATION
- Combine all sauce ingredients and pour into slow cooker.
- Sear fillets on high heat in an oiled skillet.
- Add fillets to slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve over jasmine rice with pan-fried green beans, or with pasta of your choice.
