APPLE FRIES
Portions : 4 - Preparation : 15 minutes - Cooking : 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 3 crisp apples, peeled and cut into 8 pieces
- 250 ml (1 cup) flour
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) brown sugar
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) herbes de Provence blend
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) garlic powder
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) onion powder
- 3 eggs, beaten
- Qs: Oil spray or brush-on oil.
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat AirFryer to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, Provençal herbs, garlic powder, onion powder and a little salt and pepper.
- Coat each piece of apple with the mixture.
- Dip each apple piece in the beaten eggs, then coat again with the dry mixture.
- Place the apple pieces in the hot AirFryer, add a little oil spray or brush with a little oil and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then turn over and cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Serve with cheese.
