Ingredients
- 1 bag hamburger steak pork meatballs in brown sauce with caramelized onions, already cooked and vacuum-packed
- 1 bag frozen french fries
- 250 g (approx. 2 cups) cheese curds
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Preparing the fries
Cook frozen fries according to package instructions, either in the deep fryer or in the oven. Make sure they are golden brown and crisp.
2. Reheating the dumplings
While the fries are cooking, heat the pork meatballs by immersing the bag in a saucepan of boiling water for 10 minutes, or until heated through.
3. Assembling the poutine
Once the fries are ready, arrange them on plates or a large serving platter. Pour the caramelized onion brown sauce dumplings over the fries. Sprinkle cheese curds generously over the top.
