Ingredients
- 4 carrots, grated (about 2 cups)
- 50 g (about 1/2 cup) raisins
For the vinaigrette
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) fresh orange juice
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) lemon juice
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix grated carrots and raisins in a salad bowl.
- Prepare vinaigrette by mixing orange juice, lemon juice and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the vinaigrette over the carrots, toss and serve.
