Ingredients
- 1/2 red cabbage, thinly sliced (about 4 cups)
- 1 green apple, thinly sliced
- 50 g (approx. 1/2 cup) walnuts, toasted
For the vinaigrette
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) cider vinegar
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) olive oil
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine chopped red cabbage and apple slices in a salad bowl.
- Add toasted walnuts.
- Prepare vinaigrette by mixing cider vinegar, olive oil and honey, then season with salt and pepper.
- Pour vinaigrette over salad, toss and serve.
