Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced (about 4 cups)
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh dill, chopped
- 120 ml (1/2 cup) crème fraîche
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix cucumber slices and chopped dill in a salad bowl.
- In a bowl, mix crème fraîche with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Pour sauce over cucumbers, toss gently and serve.
