Cucumber salad with dill and fresh lemon cream

Salade de concombre, aneth et crème fraîche citronnée

Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced ​​(about 4 cups)
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh dill, chopped
  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) crème fraîche
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix cucumber slices and chopped dill in a salad bowl.
  2. In a bowl, mix crème fraîche with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour sauce over cucumbers, toss gently and serve.
