Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced (about 4 cups)
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) chopped fresh mint
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix cucumber slices and chopped mint in a salad bowl.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Pour yogurt sauce over cucumbers, toss gently and serve.
