Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced (about 4 cups)
- 1 bunch radishes, sliced into rounds
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) fresh dill, chopped
For the vinaigrette
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) cider vinegar
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix cucumber slices, radishes and dill in a salad bowl.
- Prepare vinaigrette by mixing cider vinegar and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the vinaigrette over the salad, toss and serve.
