Cucumber, radish and dill vinaigrette salad

Salade de concombre, radis et vinaigrette à l'aneth

Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced (about 4 cups)
  • 1 bunch radishes, sliced into rounds
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) fresh dill, chopped

For the vinaigrette

  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) cider vinegar
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix cucumber slices, radishes and dill in a salad bowl.
  2. Prepare vinaigrette by mixing cider vinegar and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad, toss and serve.
