Green bean salad with shallots and mustard vinaigrette

Salade de haricots verts, échalotes et vinaigrette à la moutarde

Ingredients

  • 300 g green beans, cooked and cooled (about 2 cups)
  • 2 shallots, minced

For the dressing

  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) Dijon mustard
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) white wine vinegar
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the green beans and shallots in a salad bowl.
  2. Prepare the dressing by mixing the mustard, vinegar and olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the green beans, toss and serve.
