Ingredients
- 300 g green beans, cooked and cooled (about 2 cups)
- 2 shallots, minced
For the dressing
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) Dijon mustard
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) white wine vinegar
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix the green beans and shallots in a salad bowl.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing the mustard, vinegar and olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the green beans, toss and serve.
