Ingredients
- 150 g lamb's lettuce (about 4 cups)
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 30 g (about 1/4 cup) sunflower seeds (optional)
For the dressing
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
- 5 ml (1 tsp) Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix lamb's lettuce and avocado slices in a salad bowl.
- Add sunflower seeds, if desired.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad, mix gently and serve.
