Lamb's lettuce salad with avocado and crumb vinaigrette

Salade de mâche, avocat et vinaigrette au miel

Ingredients

  • 150 g lamb's lettuce (about 4 cups)
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 30 g (approx. 1/4 cup) sunflower seeds (optional)

For the vinaigrette

  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) honey
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) cider vinegar
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the lamb's lettuce and avocado slices in a salad bowl.
  2. Add sunflower seeds, if desired.
  3. Prepare vinaigrette by mixing honey, cider vinegar and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over salad, toss gently and serve.
