Ingredients
- 150 g lamb's lettuce (about 4 cups)
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 30 g (approx. 1/4 cup) sunflower seeds (optional)
For the vinaigrette
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) honey
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) cider vinegar
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix the lamb's lettuce and avocado slices in a salad bowl.
- Add sunflower seeds, if desired.
- Prepare vinaigrette by mixing honey, cider vinegar and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Pour dressing over salad, toss gently and serve.
