Ingredients
- 100 g arugula (about 4 cups)
- 1 orange, peeled and sliced
- 1 grapefruit, peeled and sliced
- 30 g (about 1/4 cup) sunflower seeds, toasted
For the dressing
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toss the arugula with the citrus slices and sunflower seeds in a salad bowl.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad, toss gently and serve.
