Ingredients
- 4 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- 150 g mozzarella, sliced (about 1 cup)
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) chopped fresh basil
For the dressing
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) balsamic vinegar
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a serving platter.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil.
- Make the dressing by mixing the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the tomatoes and mozzarella and serve.
