Ingredients
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 150 g mozzarella, sliced or in balls (approx. 1 cup)
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) fresh basil, chopped
For the vinaigrette
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) balsamic vinegar
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and basil in a salad bowl.
- Prepare vinaigrette by mixing balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the vinaigrette over the salad, toss and serve.
