Salmon en papillotte

SALMON EN PAPILLOTTE

Portions : 4 - Preparation : 20 minutes - Cooking : 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 sheets of parchment paper
  • 4 salmon steaks
  • 20 ml (4 teaspoons) hot mustard
  • 20 ml (4 teaspoons) maple syrup
  • 20 ml (4 tsp.) tarragon leaves, chopped
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp.) olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven, rack in center, to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Lay out sheets of parchment paper on a work surface, and place a salmon steak on each sheet.
  3. Brush each salmon steak with salt, pepper, mustard, maple syrup, chopped tarragon, olive oil and lemon slices.
  4. Fold each sheet of parchment paper over the salmon, folding the paper tightly.
  5. Place the papillotes on an ovenproof tray and bake for 20 minutes.
