BLINIS

Preparation time: 25 minutes - Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 110 g flour
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) sugar
- 10 ml (2 tsp.) baking powder
- 2 pinches salt
- 120 ml (8 tablespoons) milk
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg, white
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
- In a saucepan, warm the milk.
- Separate the yolk from the egg white, keeping the 2 whites together.
- Pour the milk over the flour, add the egg yolk and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, beat the 2 egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
- Gently fold the stiff egg whites into the prepared mixture.
- Leave to stand for 15 minutes.
- In a hot, non-stick frying pan, lightly oiled or sprinkled with a little Mycryo cocoa butter, place small amounts of dough to form mini-discs.
- Let the first side brown, then turn the blini over to cook the other side.
