CHICKEN BROCHETTE WITH CURRY AND YELLOW BELL PEPPER
Portions : 4 - Preparation : 10 minutes - Cooking : 6 minutes
Ingredients
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) yellow curry powder
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) 35% cream
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) honey
- 600 g (20 ½ oz.) Québec chicken breast cubes
- 2 yellow peppers, cut into large squares
- 2 onions, cut into large cubes
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat BBQ to maximum.
- In a bowl, combine curry powder, cream, honey, salt and pepper. Add chicken cubes to coat. Marinate for 5 minutes.
- Make skewers, alternating chicken cubes, peppers and onions.
- Place skewers on BBQ grill and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
- Sprinkle with fresh coriander before serving.
