Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) sweet smoked paprika
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) cumin, ground
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 lemon, juice
- 2 limes, juice
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) honey
- 120 ml (8 tbsp) olive oil
- 1 jalapenos, membranes and seeds removed, chopped
- 3 Quebec chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 green pepper, cubed
- 1 red pepper, cubed
- 1 red onion, quartered
- 4 to 8 tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
The filling
- Sour cream
- Mango, cubed
- Tomatoes, sliced

Preparation
- Preheat the barbecue to the maximum.
- In a bowl, mix the garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, lemon and lime juice, honey, olive oil, jalapenos, salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken cubes to the prepared mixture and marinate for at least 4 hours and up to 24 hours.
- On skewers, form skewers by alternating chicken, red pepper, green pepper and onion.
- On the barbecue grill, in direct cooking, cook and brown the skewers, 4 minutes on each side.
- If the chicken cubes are not yet cooked, continue in indirect cooking, with the lid closed, for a few minutes.
- Warm the tortillas on the barbecue or in a frying pan and garnish them with a skewer of meat
- Add a little sour cream, mango cubes, tomato slices and other ingredients of your choice
