Halles d'Anjou double chocolate brownie

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE

Output: about 16 - Preparation time: 10 minutes - Cooking time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 340 g Cacao Barry dark chocolate pistoles
  • 300 gr unsalted butter
  • 320 g brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 ml (1/2 teaspoon) salt
  • 250 ml (1 cup) flour (140gr)
  • 250 ml (1 cup) white chocolate pistoles

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven, rack in center, to 180° C (350° F).
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl in a bain-marie or microwave oven.
  3. Stir in the brown sugar, eggs, salt and flour.
  4. Add the white chocolate pistoles.
  5. Butter and lightly flour a cake tin.
  6. Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for around 30 minutes.
  7. Once cooked, leave to cool for a few minutes.
  8. Cut into squares and serve warm or cold.
