DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE
Output: about 16 - Preparation time: 10 minutes - Cooking time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 340 g Cacao Barry dark chocolate pistoles
- 300 gr unsalted butter
- 320 g brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 ml (1/2 teaspoon) salt
- 250 ml (1 cup) flour (140gr)
- 250 ml (1 cup) white chocolate pistoles
Preparation
- Preheat oven, rack in center, to 180° C (350° F).
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl in a bain-marie or microwave oven.
- Stir in the brown sugar, eggs, salt and flour.
- Add the white chocolate pistoles.
- Butter and lightly flour a cake tin.
- Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for around 30 minutes.
- Once cooked, leave to cool for a few minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve warm or cold.
