Bruschetta and raw ham

Bruschetta et jambon cru

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of country bread, toasted
  • 4 tomatoes, grated
  • ½ clove of garlic, pureed
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) red wine vinegar
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp) olive oil
  • 8 basil leaves, chopped
  • 8 slices of Prosciutto
  • Parmesan shavings
  • salt and pepper from the mill to taste

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix tomato, garlic, shallot, vinegar, oil, basil, salt and pepper. Check the seasoning.
  2. On each slice of bread, spread the prepared mixture, add a slice of Prosciutto and a few parmesan shavings.
