Ingredients
- 8 slices of country bread, toasted
- 4 tomatoes, grated
- ½ clove of garlic, pureed
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) red wine vinegar
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) olive oil
- 8 basil leaves, chopped
- 8 slices of Prosciutto
- Parmesan shavings
- salt and pepper from the mill to taste
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix tomato, garlic, shallot, vinegar, oil, basil, salt and pepper. Check the seasoning.
- On each slice of bread, spread the prepared mixture, add a slice of Prosciutto and a few parmesan shavings.
